Our Mission

The Better Life Place Wellness Centre and Addiction Rehab in Thailand was founded upon the idea that individuals seeking help for mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, insomnia, burnout and drug & alcohol addiction need bespoke programmes centred around the unique personal factors and recovery requirements of each person. In a peaceful and safe environment ideal for self-reflection and recovery therapy, The Better Life Place Rehab in Thailand was formed in 2021 with this idea in mind, dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the most time spent in one-on-one counselling with a weekly programme, designed through consultation with our Resident Therapist to address your unique needs and goals.

Based in Sakon Nakhon province, North East Thailand, The Better Life Place is the first of its kind as a rehab, counselling and wellness facility in this area of Thailand. As such, our centre offers unique benefits for clients that are distinct compared to other centres found in the country. 

Unlike these centres, The Better Life Place Wellness Centre and Addiction Rehab in Thailand accepts a maximum of 3 clients at any one time, and resides in the safety of a countryside setting, far from the potential stressors and vices of busy tourist destinations. Privacy is important to our clients, our counselling sessions are one to one, and there are no group sessions. This comes with the highest level of expertise and care, guaranteed by our Head Therapist and founder Raymond Guddah, with over 20 years of professional experience in mental health care and addiction.
